Samsung Solve for Tomorrow

For the second time in 3 years the Edmonson County Middle School has been named a top 5 finalist in Kentucky for the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow STEM Contest.  Edmonson County Middle School was selected out of over 3100 applications.   Their entry was based on research a group of students from Edmonson County Middle are doing in collaboration with Mammoth Cave National Park.  The students are studying the effects of changes in the environment on the wood frog and salamander populations in the area.
