Want to be part of a show but don’t have time to work in 2 months of rehearsals?

We are looking for alumni, current students and friends of Edmonson County Drama to take part in a fabulous theatre festival which will premiere 6, 10 minute, family friendly, one-acts, all across the country on the same night. The beauty of it is that all rehearsals and performances take place in a single 24 hour period, so you only have to commit to half a weekend!

We are looking for actors, directors, tech crew, chaperones, business sponsors, caterers and social media correspondents! If you want to be involved, we’ll find a job for you!

Actors will be randomly cast at a party on Friday night and then rehearse with a director and crew however they choose until the premiere of the show the following night at 8pm.

This is such a great opportunity for us. Only one site in each time zone for the festival. A YouTube channel, Facebook and Twitter pages will be set up for us to communicate in real time with other groups across the country!

Plus you’ll get to experience the roller coaster ride that is live theatre without having to carve out large chunks of time from your already busy schedules. I’m ridiculously excited about working with you all again! Hopefully, we can make this an annual event, allowing you to keep in touch with the ECHS Drama family.

See this link for more details http://www.redeye10s.com/ and be sure to likeThe Red Eye 10s Play Festival on FB!

Please let me know how you’d like to take part. Also, please pass this information on to other Drama Darlings and don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, confusions or concerns!

Love,

Dooley
